No Buyer Representation

24propertymanagement.com Inc and its affiliates represent the Seller only (or act as a principal in the transaction). We do not represent the Buyer. By using this site or submitting an offer, you acknowledge that no fiduciary or agency relationship is created between you and 24propertymanagement.com Inc.

Inspection Policy

All properties are sold strictly "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." No inspection period will be granted after an offer is accepted. All due diligence must be performed prior to the submission of an offer.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Upon execution of a purchase agreement, a $5,000.00 non-refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is required. This deposit is non-refundable for any reason other than the Seller's inability to provide a clear and marketable title.
